I cannot use the Web Store.
It's possible that your Bandai Namco ID has not been linked with the app.
Please ensure your Bandai Namco ID has been successfully backed up via in-app data linking.
Please check "Step 1 - Linking Your Game Account to Your Bandai Namco ID" for detailed linking instructions.
I purchased or exchanged items from the Web Store, but I don’t see them in the app.
Items purchased or exchanged in the Web Store will be added to your inventory automatically when you log in from the title screen or access the in-game shop. If they do not appear, please try restarting the app.
Items are not displayed in the Web Store.
Product purchases are limited to adults only.
The criteria for adults and minors are determined based on the laws of each country.
What payment methods are there?
In the Web Store, in addition to credit cards, various online payment methods are available.
Please check the payment screen in the Web Store for the most up-to-date payment options.
